SHIC has own properties: The whole 10th storey of Stadium Building, two bachelor apartments and multifunctional building in Yitian Garden. The total construction area is up to 31,380 sqm.

Multifunctional Building in section D of Yitian Garden is next to Futian Free Trade Zone and Futian Custom Port. It is a nice place with convenient transportation, comfortable environment and wonderful facilities. On the 4th floor, there is DianCai Table Tennis Club, Taekwondo Hall, Children Art Museum, and Dance & Painting Training Centre.

DianCai Table Tennis Club(DCTTC)is located on the 4th floor of multifunctional building in Section D Yitian Garden. The club area is 1,500sqm. There are 18 tables in the club hall and 4 VIP rooms. There are more than 20 proessional coaches in the club to provide coach and trial service. The club is worth playing in because of professional facilities, comfortable environment,competitive charge and warm-hearted service. We have rich experience in organizing table tennis game and have undertaken several large scale table tennis matches.
